My goal is to eat under 1000 calories until November 30th. I’ve been so stinking depressed lately, and wanting to kill myself. My jeans don’t fit me anymore. I haven’t had that happen in years.

Today:-

100 – 1/3 cup oatmeal
130 – 1 cup fage yogurt
300 – snack at Vinaka’s:/
200 – Veges at soup plantation
25 – Hot chocolate
50 – milk

I’m doing pretty well so far I think. I haven’t had cravings on South Beach – and they say the first 3 days are the hardest.

I’ve been planning out my meals/days food. Today goes like this:-

140 – 2 x eggs
35 – cheese
140 – 2 x sausage links

120 – 1 cup nonfat yogurt
10 – Jello

100 – Veges
100 – Peanut Butter
80 – Tuna

300 – Dinner (turkey/bean curry)
100 – Veges

100 – milk

This morning I decided to weigh myself for the first time in months. Last night my friend who is my height/same build told me she had hit 142. She looks unbelievable. I had pegged her at being 130. We talked about going to weight watchers together. I decided it was time to bite the dust and weigh in. 133.5. 133.5??? Then how come I feel so bloated and gross??!! Shooting for 1300 today.
