My goal is to eat under 1000 calories until November 30th. I’ve been so stinking depressed lately, and wanting to kill myself. My jeans don’t fit me anymore. I haven’t had that happen in years.

I’m doing pretty well so far I think. I haven’t had cravings on South Beach – and they say the first 3 days are the hardest.

This morning I decided to weigh myself for the first time in months. Last night my friend who is my height/same build told me she had hit 142. She looks unbelievable. I had pegged her at being 130. We talked about going to weight watchers together. I decided it was time to bite the dust and weigh in. 133.5. 133.5??? Then how come I feel so bloated and gross??!! Shooting for 1300 today.
